Gross motor is one of the basic skills needed in everyday life and various activities. It is very important to build body balance and gross motor skills from an early age. These skills can be trained through various games such as running zigzag, chasing towers, jumping with both feet, walking like a crab, crawling and many other physical activities. We can observe the balance of body parts, strength, coordination, and accuracy of children’s movements while letting them have fun and enjoy the process of learning through play.
