Charis high school launch a program called Lunch Date. A program to building connection between teachers and students. To create a connection in order to have a good personal closeness. To know everything that students need and to be a good listener for everything that students want to convey.

Here are some tips for creating a connection with students: Be genuinely interested in them. Take the time to get to know their interests, hobbies, and goals. Be respectful and understanding. Listen to their ideas and perspectives, even if you don’t agree with them. Be supportive and encouraging. Let them know that you believe in them and their abilities.
