Fun Fieldtrip Kindergarten A

Belajar adalah usaha untuk mendapatkan ilmu atau memperoleh keterampilan.Demikian juga halnya yang dilakukan anak TK A TK Kidsland Charis.Belum lama(Rabu 22 mei 2013)ini anak – anak TK A mengadakan kunjungan ke 2 tempat yang berbeda yaitu kantor pos dan kantor pemadam kebakaran.

Teaching in Teams

The Charis 4th grade students learned how to disciple younger students through teaching. They went to a kindergarten school in a rural village prepared to teach in groups of 5 students each. The Charis students prepared 8 mini-workshops for the kindergarten children, who rotated through each lesson.

Achievement Junior & senior High School

Bertepatan dengan chapel terakhir di semester ini, Charis juga memberikan penghaargaan non akademis bagi siswa-siswinya yang memiliki kemajuan dan kelbihan dalam beberapa bidang dibawah ini. Selamat bagi yang mendapat semoga menjadi lebih baik di semseter depan!

Serving in Solo

The Senior class at Charis boarded the bus and a van at 8:30 pm for the all night drive to Solo, a city in central Java, that hosts our sister school, Charis Institute. They brought sleeping bags and back packs to spend the night on the floor of the classrooms. After arriving in early morning, the 12th graders showered and were ready to lead the chapel service for the young children of Charis Solo.

Entrepreneurs from Class 9

The students in class 9 at Charis, did such a great job fund raising that there was enough money to abundantly bless some of the citizens of Bromo. The students started their outreach trip by planting Cemera trees to help guard against erosion. The local farmers amazingly use the mountains to grow their crops.
